Every investment through Eumastas Properties is a fixed-return loan agreement — you know your rate, your term, and your repayment route before you commit a single pound. No equity stakes. No vague profit-share. Just a documented, defined partnership.

We identify the deal
We source underperforming residential properties across Bristol and the South West, stress-testing every opportunity before it is brought to investors.

You fund the project
Your capital funds acquisition, refurbishment, or both. The loan is documented with agreed interest rate, term, and repayment method before any money moves.

We deliver and refinance
We refurbish, optimise the layout, and refinance at the improved valuation — manufacturing the uplift that funds your return and recycles capital for the next project.

You get repaid
Capital and agreed interest are repaid via refinance or sale proceeds. You receive updates throughout — quarterly as standard, more frequently on request.
